Waitlist

If you join the waitlist, we process your email address, your chosen language, and the date and version of the consent you gave.

Purpose: to let you know when PlugScreen launches. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

We keep this data until you withdraw consent, and no longer than 12 months after the service launches. To leave the list, email [email protected].

Visit statistics (Google Analytics)

Only if you consent in the cookie banner do we use Google Analytics 4, provided by Google Ireland Limited. It sets cookies (_ga, _ga_*) for up to 2 years and collects information about how the site is used, such as pages visited, approximate location and device type.

Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Data may be transferred to Google LLC in the USA under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.

You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the page footer.

Server logs

Our server records technical request information (including IP address, date and browser type) to protect the site from abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Recipients

Data may be entrusted to providers who help us run the site: our server hosting provider and — if you consent to analytics — Google.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict and port your data, and to withdraw consent at any time — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office, PUODO).
